Ipamorelin & CJC-1295: GH Pulse Research

A primer on the most-studied secretagogue pairing in growth hormone pulse research.

Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a GHRH analog with a short half-life. Together, they are commonly studied to evaluate pulsatile GH release without significant cortisol or prolactin disturbance. In laboratory studies the two are often combined in a single vial to standardise the molar ratio between subjects. Research questions: - Pulse amplitude vs frequency - IGF-1 downstream response - Receptor desensitisation across study windows For research use only — not for human consumption.
