By accessing or purchasing from VaultX Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds Policy and Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any products from us.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, academic or industry buyer to purchase from VaultX Labs. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you meet these requirements and that the products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes.

All compounds supplied are research chemicals. They are NOT approved by the TGA, FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food. You agree never to administer, ingest, inject, apply or otherwise consume any product purchased from us, nor to supply any product for such purposes.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Errors in pricing or product information may be corrected at any time prior to dispatch.

Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. You warrant that all payment information supplied is true, complete and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Risk in goods passes to you on dispatch. Title remains with VaultX Labs until payment has cleared in full.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, branding and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to VaultX Labs and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultX Labs, its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use or misuse of the products, including (without limitation) any personal injury, illness or property damage caused by use outside of in-vitro laboratory research.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaultX Labs from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any product supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
