METHODOLOGY

Research, Tested.
Without Compromise.

Every compound dispatched by VaultX Labs passes through a six-stage quality protocol — from audited synthesis to independent batch verification — so researchers receive material they can build data on.

SIX-STAGE PROTOCOL

Our Process

01

Sourcing

Manufactured by ISO-audited synthesis partners with full lot traceability from raw materials to final vial.

02

HPLC Purity

Independent reverse-phase HPLC analysis verifies a minimum 99% purity for every batch released.

03

Mass Spectrometry

MS confirms molecular identity and weight against the published reference sequence for the compound.

04

Cold Chain

Lyophilised peptides handled and stored cool, dry and dark to preserve structural integrity.

05

Certificate of Analysis

A batch-specific CoA is available on request — purity, identity, water content and endotoxin reference.

06

Discreet Dispatch

Tamper-evident vials, plain packaging, tracked Australia-wide shipping with same-day dispatch.

Research FAQ

What does ‘research-grade’ actually mean?+

Research-grade compounds are synthesised, tested and supplied for use in laboratory and in-vitro experimentation only. They are not pharmaceutical drugs, are not approved for human use, and carry no therapeutic claims. Quality is measured by purity, identity and consistency — not by clinical endpoints.

How do you verify purity?+

Every released batch is tested by an independent laboratory using reverse-phase HPLC for purity quantification and mass spectrometry to confirm identity. Results are recorded on a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA), available on request.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?+

A CoA is a laboratory document that records the test results for a specific manufacturing lot — purity percentage, identity confirmation, molecular weight, water content and endotoxin reference where applicable. Request one by emailing orders@vaultxlabs.au with your batch number.

How should I store peptides?+

Lyophilised peptides should be kept sealed in a cool, dry, dark place — refrigeration (2–8°C) for short-term and -20°C or below for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the window appropriate to the specific compound.

Why is bacteriostatic water used for reconstitution?+

Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which suppresses microbial growth and allows a reconstituted vial to be used over multiple research time-points without contamination. Sterile water is suitable for single-use studies only.
