1. Nature of Goods
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or temperature-compromised products. This is a standard policy across the research-chemical industry and is necessary to safeguard the integrity of every order we dispatch.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal, contact us at orders@vaultxlabs.au within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and product. We will replace the affected item at our cost or issue a full refund.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by emailing orders@vaultxlabs.au. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for additional delays imposed by your bank or card issuer.
6. Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
